Who doesn't love a classic bar?
We sure do. We first walked into River Shannon on a winter weekday around 4 pm, looking for a happy hour drink before dinner.
Once we opened the door, we knew this was a place we would come back to - old wood floors, classic wood back bar. Also... snowflakes hanging from the ceiling. Cute and cozy.
I believe we stayed for a couple of hours and had a couple of beers on tap. During that time a few more people came in, and someone brought their dog!
Surprise! It's a dog-friendly bar too!
After a few days, we found ourselves going back. This time it was later, maybe around 9. The vibe was still amazing. Friendly and welcoming.
